Hi everyone! Today I have a few Elevation Polishes to show you. I was a little late to the Elevation Polish party and didn't discover them until late 2013, but since then they've quickly become one of my favorite indie polish brands!
First up is
Wai'anapanapa from the Hawaiian Punch Collection. It has a black jelly base with lots of pink and purple flakie shimmer. This polish appears to be mostly black, but the flakes peak through and makes things interesting. Application on this was great. This is 2 coats.
Quarter Past Midnight is from the Journey Told Through Music Collection. It's a duochrome that appears blue straight on, but shifts easily to purple. At random angles you may catch a bit of burgundy and green-gold. I thought it would be sheer, but after the first coat, it was perfectly opaque. The application on this was great. A lot of duochromes are extremely thin, but Quarter Past Midnight has the perfect consistency. This is 2 coats.
Lost in the Darkness 2 is from The Darkness Collection. It's a beautiful blue toned green holo with a bit of gold shimmer. Green + holo so you know I'm all over this! This one was a tad thick, but still applies very well. This is 2 coats.
And the last one for today is
Limestone from the Stones Throw Collection. I reviewed this one a while ago and I love it just as much as I did then. Limestone is an off white (Lulu calls it vanilla white) creme with tiny gold and copper flakes and micro shimmer. Application was very nice, especially for a white based polish. This is 2 coats.
Elevation Polish is off this month, so there will be no restocks during the month of March, but all of these and more are still available on the website! Be sure to check Elevation Polish out at the following places for more info and updates!
