Today I have on Santee Opal Speckle layered over Wet n Wild Black. Wet n Wild Black is probably one of the best black polished out there. It's opaque in ONE coat. I love it when a polish goes on in one even buttery coat, it just rocks my world.
Santee Opal Speckle is a sheer and barely noticeable when worn alone, but layered over something, it's gorgeous. It only cost me 1 dollar at the dollar store. However it was a pain in the ass trying to get a decent picture of it. It's a glitter that flashes blue, and sea green and none of these picture have done it justice.
