Hi everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! Today I have Pahlish's new collection plus the March 2016 duo all together in one post! Midsummer's Night Dream available now at Pahlish.com. The duo is currently sold out, but will be restocked this Friday, March 18th!
Pahlish Sorrow's Eye. This is a periwinkle blue with golden pink shimmer and subtle holo. We saw a lot of this shimmer from China Glaze last year and Pahlish has made it even better! The formula was a tad thick, so wait a bit between coats and you're golden.
This is 2 coats.
Pahlish Winged Cupid. This is a muted, nude, rosy pink with pale gold shimmer, scattered holo, and light pink flecks. The formula on this is easy to work with; no problems at all.
This is 2 coats.
Pahlish Wild Thyme. I'm glad there's a green in here! This is a gorgeous pistachio minty green with pale gold shimmer, green flecks and scattered holo pigment. The green flecks are more obvious in the bottle, but not so much on the nail. No formula issues!
This is 2 coats.
Pahlish Nodding Violet. This is a greige with a hint of purple. Like the others, it has pale golden shimmer, scattered holo pigment and some not so obvious pink flecks. Easy to work with formula.
This is 2 coats.
Pahlish Lovers and Madmen. This is a mauve (I usually stay away from these, but it's growing on me) with pale gold shimmer, scattered holo, and a hint of rose colored flecks. Nice application and formula.
This is 2 coats.
Pahlish Proud Titania. A very flattering tan nude with golden pink shimmer and scattered holo. I really liked this one and will definitely be adding it to my list of go to nudes! The formula on this is perfect!

March 2016 Duo - Merlin's Song
Pahlish Loftiest Muse. This is a pretty Tiffany blue creme. Formula is workable. It kind of has a thick but thin at the same time and can pool if you aren't careful. Other than that, the formula is nice. Be sure to wait between coats.
This is 2 coats.
Pahlish Wild Air. This is the second half of the duo. In the bottle the base looks slightly tinted, but when applied it goes on clear. It's filled with aqua and mint glitters as well as violet sparks and silver flakes. Together with Loftiest Muse, it makes for an absolutely gorgeous combo!
This is 1 coat over Loftiest Muse.
Overall, I liked this collection! I liked the muted pastel colors and the gorgeous shimmer definitely was a great addition. I seriously love each one and can't even pick out a favorite. You can't go wrong with any of them!
The Midsummer's Night Dream Collection as well as the March 2016 Duo can be purchased at Pahlish.com and will be restocked Friday, March 18th, so mark your calendars so you can pick up a duo too! Check out Pahlish at the following spots!

OMG I can't even pick a favourite here! These shades are all gorgeous. Pahlish has been a brand I've wanted to try forever, I hope I can put my hands on some bottles soon ;)
ReplyDeleteTitania looks great on you btw!
I've been so excited to read a full review on these polishes! Your swatches are lovely, and your tips on formula are really helpful.I'm really drawn to Nodding Violet and Wild Thyme.
ReplyDeleteThis whole collection is so beautiful and I think matches it's inspiration perfectly! I especially love Sorrow's Eye, but it's hard to pick a favorite-- I kind of want all of them now! =)

ReplyDeleteWild Thyme is so beautiful...great swatches!
ReplyDeleteI usually like Pahlish, but I am really underwhelmed with this collection. The colours feel too flat and boring to me. I love muted shades, but these feel like something is missing.
ReplyDeleteI reeeeeeeaaaaallly want this collection something bad. I'm really glad to read a full review on it and to see such beautiful swatches. <3
