Hi everyone! Today I have Great Lakes Lacquer's April Limited Editions. This time there are 5 gorgeous polishes and they'll be available from GreatLakesLacquer.com starting April 1st at 3pm EST and will be discontinued May 2nd 3pm EST, so mark your calendars!
Great Lakes Lacquer Out Like a Lion. This is a white crelly base with multichrome flakes as well as some iridescent flakes. The formula is easy to work with and easily builds up to opacity.
This is 3 coats.
Great Lakes Lacquer Lilac Love. Like it's name, this is a lilac color that straddles the purple pink line. It's filled with this gorgeous green/aqua shimmer and subtle scattered holo. I had no problems with the formula of this. It is a tad thicker than the others but definitely easably workable.
This is 3 coats.
The Ice is on Fire. I'm thinking this is my favorite of all the limited editions! Inspired by the ice caves formed when Lake Michigan freezes, it's a dirty aqua creme with pink/gold shifting shimmer and scattered holo. The formula on this is perfect; it goes on smoothly and levels nicely.
This is 2 coats.
Great Lakes Lacquer Stop. Stepping. On. My. Hyacinths. This is a cool toned lavender creamy crelly with multichrome flakes. It's a bit more creamy and opaque than Out Like a Lion. No formula issues.
This is 2 coats.
Great Lakes Lacquer Fools Gold. This is a clear base with gold and light pink holo micro glitter as well is some peach and rose colored micro flecks. It can be worn alone to opacity in 4 coats as well as a topper. Mariah recommends trying it over The Ice is on Fire. This goes on easily and though it has some glitter, it dries smooth.
This is 1 coat over white.
And there we have it! All of these will be available April 1st at 3pm EST and will disappear May 2nd. As always, check out Great Lakes Lacquer at the following spots!

Some great shades in this Limited Editions. I really like the look of Great Lakes Lacquer Out Like a Lion and Great Lakes Lacquer Stop. Stepping. On. My. Hyacinths.
