Orly Cashmere Cardigan
I was in love with this polish when it came out in 2009 and I still love it now! It's such a gorgeous periwinkle blue that straddles the line between being purple and blue.
Simply gorgeous!! Definitely going to keep my eyes out for this one. I love periwinkles, and your application and photographs really show it off beautifully!
