OPI DS Fantasy

A beautiful deep blue with a very subtle holo shimmer.  This is another one of my favorite OPI's.

This is 2 coats.

    This is a beautiful blue!!! I wonder how it'd look with a matte top coat...love the look of shimmery polishes made matte:)
