Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer April Sirens, Destination Duo, and a Special Charity Polish

Press Sample

Hello again! I'm back with a few more Blue-Eyed Girl Polishes!  This time I have some Sirens, one half of the Destination Duo, and a charity polish!

Blue-Eyed Girl Siren's Vamp Chic Spring.  Vampy grape purple with lots of glitter including holo gold glitter, gold and purple microflakes and scattered holo.  Yes please!  This was surprisingly pigmented and did require much for opacity.  I almost got away with one coat.  The formula leans toward the thicker side, but this lends to ease of application.  This is available as a 24 hour pre-order and will only be available until April 28 3:30pm EST.

This is 2 coats.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Siren Bids Adieu to Her 20s.  Bright sky blue crelly with aqua, gold, an green micro flecks.  This dries to a slight satin finish.  It has a thicker formula, but applies easily. This was released as a surprise restock and is a super limited edition and is only available on a first come first serve basis.

This is 2 coats.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Marrakesh's Colorful Mirage.  This has a clear base that is filled with holo gold microglitter, gold shimmer, green micro flakes and hints of navy, red, and green holo micro glitter.  It would be perfect as a glitter topper, but it also builds to opacity.  The formula is perfect.  Lots of glitter toppers tend to be thick, but this strikes a great balance with glitter applying evenly.  This polish is a part of the Destination duo with Superficially Colorful.  Along with the duo, there will also be a mani bomb by Superficially Colorful.  The duo will be available from both Superficially Colorful and Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer April 30th at 3:30pm EST.

This is 3 coats.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Lilly of My Dreams.  This is a stunning bright pink.  It almost looks a tad coral.  It's filled with blue/violet glass fleck.  This is a charity polish created in honor of one of Julie's good friends who suffers from PCOS.  PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.  It is a sadly common disorder that many women suffer from.  It causes infertility, insulin resistance and in some instances type 2 diabetes, high testosterone, hirsutism (excess facial and body hair), and weight gain.  This polish is special to me because I have PCOS as well.  Though her friend was told she may not be able to conceive, her baby Lillian became a dream come true.  Lilly of My Dreams is a celebration of Lillian's impending arrival.  100% of the money made from this polish will be donated to the PCOS Awareness Association.  Lily of My Dreams will only be sold as a mini and available for pre-order ending April 30th midnight.
