Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Foux du Fafa Collection Swatches and Review

Press Sample

Hey everyone!  Today is being dubbed Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer day.  I've got several things to show you and first up is the Foux du Fafa collection releasing today at 3:30pm EST as a pre-order until April 30th 3:30pm EST on http://blueeyedgirllacquer.bigcartel.com/.  Inspired by Flight of the Concords, this collection consists of 5 cremes that can also be used for stamping!

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Too Many Misters.  This is a murky, almost black, green creme.  It almost has a jellyish consistency.  It's nicely pigmented and slightly thick, but applies well.

This is 2 coats.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer We're Vincible.  Gorgeous mustardy yellow goodness!  This one is right up my alley.  I didn't have any issues with consistency or formula with this, but Julie has noted that she will be tweaking the formula and making it a tad thinner.

This is 2 coats.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Rent Boy.  Vampy scarlet creme.  This is one of those colors that scream femme fatal to me!  Application on this was absolute perfection!

This is 1 coat.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Robo-Aggression.  Medium gray creme.  Easy to work with formula and nicely pigmented.

This is 2 coats.

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Freaky Dream.  This is much like Too Many Misters, but instead it's an almost black indigo cream.  The formula on this is a little on the thick side, but applies perfectly.

This is 1 coat.

I have to say, I'm really digging the fall colors in spring.  It's right around this time that I start craving these kinds of colors, so this collection is right on time.  I also love the fact that these are all cremes.  Can't wait to test these out for stamping!

The Foux du Fafa collection will be available April 27th at 3:30 pm EST along with some other goodies.  This is a pre-order lasting until April 30th 3:30pm, so hurry and get yours!  Be sure to check out Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer at the following spots!
