Hi everyone! Today I have some Sally Hansen Miracle Gel polishes to show you. Recently Sally Hansen has release not one, but two new Miracle Gel collections. They've also made improvements on the Miracle Gel top coat and have put some limited edition duo packs together. I have a little bit of each collection, so I'm putting it all in one post. I'll be doing a separate review on the Miracle Gel top coat later.
*The brushes on these are really wide. I love them because I have big nail beds and it makes things easy to apply. Please keep this in mind when I talk about application. If you prefer smaller brushes, you may have a different experience.
Let's take a look!
Sally Hansen Boho-a-Go-Go. This is a vampy, deep eggplant cream. I love this color so much. It has me craving fall and Halloween. It's nicely pigmented and easy to apply.
This is 2 coats.
Sally Hansen Blue Hue. This one is one of the limited editions that come in a duo pack with the new Miracle Gel Top Coat. It's a pretty pastel blue that Sally Hansen calls "milk-glass blue." Another with great pigmentation and easy application.
This is 2 coats.
Sally Hansen Cream of the Crop. This is what Sally Hansen calls an "ivory with a hint of warmth." In the bottle this looks like it's a creme with a hint of shimmer, but it's actually kind of a nude frost. It's also pretty sheer, it can be built up to opacity, but still had some visible nail line at 3 coats. No application problems.
This is 3 coats.
Sally Hansen Rhythm & Blue. This is a nice sky blue creme. Easy application.
This is 2 coats.
Sally Hansen Totem-ly Yours. This is a rosey brown nude creme. Does that even make sense? Either way it's a nice neutral. This one has okay application, although it did have some patchiness after the 2nd coat.
This is 3 coats.
Sally Hansen Mintage. This is a classic medium toned minty color. Great application! I was a little surprised, because colors like these tend to need a little more attention.
This is 2 coats.
The Tribal Vibe Collection, Boho Chic Collection, and limited edition duo packs are available now at chain drugstores and mass retailers. The Miracle Gel Color Coat and Top Coat retails for $9.99 each while the duo packs retail for $14.99.
Will you or have you picked up any of these?
