Blush Lacquers Wonder Wheel is a gorgeous, bright sky blue filled with gold and pink glass fleck shimmer. The formula is great to work with. This does dry to a semi matte finish, so if you like your polish shiny, wear a top coat!

This is 3 coats with top coat. (This would be good in 2 coats; I used 3 for photo purposes)
