The Don Deeva Big Lights Will Inspire You is holo on top of holo! It has a clear base filled with spectraflair and holo flakes. The formula is perfect. It's not too thick, but still goes on nice and opaque. It does dry down with some texture because of the holo flakes, so 2 coats of top coat is best for a smooth finish.
This is 2 coats.
The Road to Polish Con is a series created especially for those unable to attend. Each week 2 polishes made by vendors will be available to purchase for one week via PolishConvention.com.
