Hi everyone! Today I have the Crème à la Mode Summer 2016 box to show you! The Crème à la Mode box is a set of four creme polishes from Digital Nails, Indigo Bananas, Literary Lacquers, and Octopus Party Nail Lacquer, and is released every quarter. These cremes are perfect to wear alone or do use for nail art!
The Crème à la Mode box will be available for pre-order starting Friday, July 8th and will end Friday, July 15th from the Crème à la Mode website. This quartet retails for $26 USD plus shipping! Let's take a look!
This is 2 coats.
Indigo Bananas Creme Bluele. This is a bright cornflower blue creme. It's a gorgeous color and goes on so smoothly. It was almost a one coater!
This is 2 coats.
Literary Lacquers Cyan-Tifically Proven. Like the name implies, this is a cyan color. Like the others, the formula on this was great to work with.
This is 2 coats.
Octopus Party Nail Lacquer You, Me, and Daiquiri. This is a peachy neutral shade and if you're skin tone is light enough, maybe even a nude. I have yellow undertones and this clashed a little with my skin, but I can see this looking great on someone with pink or red undertones. The formula was okay on this one. Because of the white base, it takes a tad more patience to apply, but definitely do able.
