Press Sample

Hi everyone!  Today I have Lemming Lacquer's Creme-nally Dynamic collection to show you.  This collection features 9 polishes; each one named with a favorite TV show, meme, or lyric in mind.  What I love about these is that it's a rainbow collection of primary and secondary colors in their most basic form and great for nail art.

All of these are available from LemmingLacquer.com and right now they're having a sale until May 7th.  Use the code SHOPINDIE for 15% off when you spend $15 or more!

Lemming Lacquer Sex and Candy.  Named for the song from the 90's of the same name, this is a bright, almost neon, cool toned pink crelly.  The formula is on the thicker side, but easy to work with.  This is very pigmented and dries to a slightly satin finish.

This is 2 coats.

Lemming Lacquer Coral!!!  The name is inspired by The Walking Dead Coral meme.  This is a bright coral creme that has some reddish tones.  It has a nice formula, it's easy to work with and very pigmented.

This is 2 coats.

Lemming Lacquer This Life Can Turn a Good Girl Bad.  This is a sexy red crelly named for Garbage's Cherry Lips.  I love that this is more of a neutral red.  It would look great on pretty much anyone and I'm thinking it's usurped the throne from Essie Jelly Apple for my favorite red!  the formula is smooth and nicely opaque for a crelly.  Like most reds, it did stain the sides of my nails, but it's easily removed with a little scrubbing.

This is 2 coats for photos, but looks great in one.

Lemming Lacquer Legendary.  This is named for the weapon rarity color code used in video games.  This is described as a tangerine orange creme.  This is another that's slightly more crelly than creme  This isn't the typical orange.  It almost looks like it has a hint of brown in it?  The formula on this is on the thick side, but applies easily.

This is 2 coats.

Lemming Lacquer Mr. Million Miles of Fun.  We're taking it back to the 90's again with this one.  The name comes from lyrics from Len's Steal My Sunshine.  Oh how I miss the 90's.  This is a bright primary yellow creme and I absolutely love it.  I'll be wearing this one a lot this summer.  The formula on this wasn't too bad.  Yellows tend to be hard to work with.  While this one did go on a bit streaky in the first coat, the second coat evened and leveled everything out.

This is 2 coats.

Lemming Lacquer Koosh.  This name comes from the show The Riches.  Koosh is another word for money.  This is a kelly green creme and if you know me, you know that this is another favorite because GREEN!  This has an easy to work with formula and dries a little satin.

This is 2 coats.

Lemming Lacquer I Don't Even Need to Be This Attractive, It's Just Icing.  This is named from a quote in the TV show iZombie.  It's a bright blue leaning turquoise creme and is very pigmented.  It has an easy to work with formula and dries to a satin finish.

This is 1 coat.

Lemming Lacquer Epic.  This is another ode to video games and weapon rarity.  Epic is a bright purple creme.  I love it, but every screen I look at, it looks different, so this may not be color accurate on your screen.  This has a great formula but is a little thicker.  It's very pigmented and dries to a satin finish.

This is 2 coats.

I have to say I enjoyed this collection.  I'm a fan of cremes and primary colors and was so excited for a yellow and green!  These are all super pigmented so be sure to use a good base coat to be on the safe side.  I didn't have much staining besides the red, but I also haven't worn them for an extended period.  These also have a thicker consistency, so also keep that in mind.  I do plan on doing some nail art with these some time over the weekend so stay tuned.  Don't for get to take advantage of the sale Lemming Lacquer has going on.  Use code SHOPINDIE for 15% off of $15 or more and check out Lemming Lacquer at the following spots!

  1. I love me some good cremes too! There's nothing too original about the colors themselves, but you can never go wrong with adding more opaque cremes to your collection.
