KBShimmer Spring 2016 and Mega Flame Collections Swatches and Review

Hi everyone!  Today I have KBShimmer's offerings for this spring!  They've released a total of  14 polishes.  Spring 2016 has 7 polishes, with a variety of colors and finishes and the Mega Flames are a set of 7 ranging in color all filled to the brim with blingy holo micro glitter.  All of these are available now from KBShimmer.com!

We're in for a picture heavy post, so let's get started!

KBShimmer Hello Dahlia.  This is a peachy orange creme with gold shimmer and holo micro glitter.  This is my favorite kind of orange and I love the gold shimmer in it.  This has a slightly thicker consistency, goes on more like a crelly with an easy to work with formula.

This is 3 coats, but you could probably get away with 2.

KBShimmer Peony Pincher.  This is a very cool toned pink smooth linear holo.  It's on the verge of being lilac.  Formula on this is perfect!

This is 2 coats, but looks good in 1.

KBShimmer I Wet My Plants.  This is a gorgeous pastel periwinkle blue crelly with indigo/violet, rose and silver glitter.  The formula has a great consistency and very easy to work with.

This is 2 coats.

KBShimmer Pools Paradise.  This is another crelly, this time with a pastel blue base that's almost aqua.  It has periwinkle and aqua glitter as well as micro neon pink glitter.  I love the scattering of neon pink in this!  No formula complaints.

This is 3 coats.

KBShimmer Prints Charming.  One of my favorites from the collection!  It's a white crelly with magenta, teal, and indigo glitter in different sizes.  This is glitter heavy, so wait between coats so the glitter doesn't drag.

This is 3 coats.

KBShimmer Purr-fectly Paw-some.  Another smooth linear holo!  This time it's a lovely periwinkle color.  Nice smooth formula!

This is 2 coats.

KBShimmer Upside Round.  This is a glitter topper filled with circle neon glitters in all colors and a scattering of micro red glitter.  The formula isn't too thick and you don't need to fish out glitters.

This is 1 coat over Polish My Life Peaceful Serene.

Mega Flame Collection

KBShimmer Night Bright.  Black jelly packed with micro holo glitter.  The formula on these are very easy to work with and have a great consistency.  Be sure to add an extra coat of top coat for smoothness.

This is 2 coats.

KBShimmer Ripe for the Pinking.  This is a medium toned pink jelly with lots of holo micro glitter.  The glitter makes this look like a pastel pink, but it's much darker on the nail.  Easy formula, don't forget extra top coat for smoothness.

This is 2 coats.

KBShimmer Stalk Market.  This is a slightly green, yellow jelly with holo micro glitter.  The glitter makes this look a bit more golden.  This was a tad bit more sheer than the others, but builds up and has an otherwise easy to work with formula.  

This is 3 coats.

KBShimmer Set in Ocean.  This is a medium toned blue jelly with tons of holo micro glitter.  Easy to work with formula; no complaints.  Add an extra coat of top coat for a smooth finish.

This is 2 coats.

KBShimmer Things That Make You Go Bloom.  This has a purple tinted base and is filled with holo micro glitter.  Although the base is purple tinted, this color ends up looking a bit more lilac.  This was another that was a tad more sheer, but still has an easy to work with formula.

This is 3 coats.

KBShimmer Smells Like Green Spirit.  Yellow toned grass green jelly base with lots of holo micro glitter.  It's green so I loved this!  Great formula; no application problems.  Be sure to add an extra coat of topcoat.

This is 2 coats.

KBShimmer So Flamous.  This is an interesting color.  The base is orange-y with some peachy tones and has a tad of creaminess instead of being a straight jelly.  On me it looks like more of a light brown with orange leanings.  The color kind of reminds me of OPI Gingerbells and OPI and Apple Pie.  This one has an easy formula, but is slightly more sheer.  It builds up great though.

This is 3 coats.

And there we have it!  I loved the crellies in this collection.  KBShimmer always does those so well.  The Mega Flames were also fun.  Those micro holo glitters are insanely blingy and they look awesome in the sun, but they also shine in low lighting.  Night Bright was extra fabulous.  Be warned though, these are so packed with glitter, after removing there will be glitter everywhere!  Also, since these are so packed with glitter, you may have to employ the foil method or use felt for and easier removal.
