Okay, I went back to buy some of the OPI Brazil collection and decided to get What a Pansy from the City Flourish collection as well. (I posted the others I purchased here.)
What a Pansy is a slighty gray purple that leans a bit blue. It reminds me of Orly Cashmere Cardigan and pulling it out, they seem really close with What a Pansy being a bit darker.
Application on this wasn't as bad as the others I reviewed in my previous post. It settle nicely, but was still a little thick.
This is 2 coats.
