Just a quick post. I while back I saw a blog post (can't remember who's!) with a mani of Connect the Dots over a neon and I was in love. I already had Connect the Dots and layered it over gray, but this was so fun! I'm in love with it.

ReplyDeletei love layering CTD over neon, but i really want to layer it over grey!
I think I saw it over neon green, but I love your combo over highlighter yellow. Maybe I'll try that combo next!
