Hands down one of my top 5 favorite blues. When Essie came out with this color, I nearly fell over in shock and when I first applied it I nearly fell over again. This is a beautiful, saturated "crayon" blue. I just need 2 coats for opacity (just one if you apply it right).
So nice! Glad Essie gives us colors like this along with the four thousand pinks and reds. :)
